(Suqian, Jiangsu News) On the afternoon of April 22, a Japanese customer management team came to the Suqian base to visit and inspect the 1502 production line workshop. Japanese customers have strict audit standards for their partners' production management capabilities. During this visit, their team spoke highly of the refined, visualized and efficient operation of the standardized management model of the production workshop at the Suqian base, and believed that this was a model of the deep integration of “Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing” and “lean production” concepts.
1. Workshop management bulletin board: a visual window for standardized management
In the 1502 production workshop, a standardized management system covering the entire process became the focus of the visit. The system takes digital bulletin board as its core and combines the lean production management concept, integrating daily data bulletin board with inspection standardized bulletin board, and vividly demonstrates the process of “good products have good management”.
The Japanese customer team paid special attention to the linkage management of “the inspection record one-dimensional table and individual bad outflow” in the equipment inspection bulletin board: the bulletin board can directly trace the inspection dynamics of the team and individuals, and integrate the annual activity plan, monthly target breakdown book and daily data management bulletin board to form a data-based management model that combines year, month and day. This “transparent production management” made them amazed.
2. Lean core: the management philosophy behind the bulletin board

At the end of the visit, Japanese customers praised the on-site management level of Suqian's 1502 line. Mr. Omi gave a thumbs up and said: “In the past, it was believed that Chinese companies were good at large-scale production. What we see today proves that you have mastered the essence of lean management. This standardized management model even surpasses the level of some Japanese factories. ”This visit marks that Chinese BOPP manufacturing companies are upgrading from “product output” to “management output”. As Director Liu Zhi said during the exchange: “Standardized bulletin boards are not only management tools, but also‘ a digital interpretation of Craftsmanship Spirit’.
